I have a large room and separate office room in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Rent is $900 a month for both rooms, utilities are average another $200-250. Or rent is $600 for the main bedroom and $450 for the small bedroom/office separately, if you're just interest in one room, not both. Cats are allowed in the room and caged pets are. I'm moving out to travel the country/for work, so I'm looking for someone to take over once I'm gone. The lease ends/renews July 31st however I'm looking for someone to take over now. My 25 year old female roommate is staying. My room gets bright light all day, but especially in afternoon/golden hour, and has a ceiling fan. My closet has two levels in it to hang some extra stuff and I have a personal bathroom downstairs that I use, it has a toilet/sink/stall shower. But the house is big and from the 1920s, like the bed in my room is a king size and theres still plenty of space but we also have a front yard, covered front porch, fenced backyard with a shed/outdoor work area, unfinished basement for storage, 2 dining rooms, washer/dryer, high ceilings, walk in pantry, and lots of windows. We have three street parking spots in front of our house. Our kitchen has specific cabinets, pantry space, and refrigerator space for your personal items as well as community space that's up for grabs. There is storage space basement and in the garage/shed.
