Growing through Training and Professional Development
Applicants to our Perfusion program must have completed a two-year master's degree, a post-bachelor two-year training program, or be board certified. We provide support for our perfusionists in preparation for the certification exams and continuing education opportunities through CEU-eligible industry events including our own annual Mechanisms of Perfusion conference. Our experienced perfusionists enjoy training and mentoring new graduates, and we ensure that all of our clinicians remain current through regular clinical and non-clinical competency evaluations.

Our experienced team of Perfusionists performs all adult cases and quite a few CABGS and valves; and aortic cases, and no transplants. Just started VAD program using Heartmate II. We do perform some ECMO, however, it isn't excessive. Our surgeons are very perfusion friendly and have great rapport with our team! This account is ideal for a new grad since our Perfusionists practice 2 person perfusion, so you are never alone pumping a case.
Our team is very friendly, cohesive, and very team oriented. They would welcome a new grad and would be happy to train and mentor this new team member.
Position Requirements
You must obtain ABCP certification within two years of joining SpecialtyCare.
New Graduates with well rounded clinical rotations or Two years minimum of experience; five plus years of experience preferred.
Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
