Staff Development / Coaching
Hiring, Developing and Managing all Levels of Staff
Educating/Training Plant Associates
Oversee HR, Industrial Engineering, Product Development, Safety, Quality, Production Enhancements, Plant Profitability
Strong desire of ownership - looking for a results-driven person with a keen eye for all areas of performance
Must Have
Energetic Personality
Ability to Multi-Task
Hands-On Management Style
Results Oriented Mentality
Possess Skills in All Facets of Manufacturing
BS degree highly desired but not required
Manufacturing experience a must -- preferably metal fabrication (but not required)
GM level experience desired of a multi-faceted operation
Managing an operation with 200 people or more with sales in excess of $30 million
Hands on in all facets of manufacturing (HR, manufacturing, technical background)
Shipping knowledge a plus
Looking for the training associated with these and more -- Lean Manufacturing, 5S, JIT, TQC, etc.
