Strategic Marketing Manager - Home Builder
MUST HAVE HOME BUILDING EXPERIENCENO EXCEPTIONS.
I am working with a financially strong growing home builder with astonishing leadership that is looking for a Strategic Marketing Director that would report Directly to the President in the Company. This is to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan for all the operations to include media placement, advertising and community public relations.
Responsibilities include:
Creating and analyzing marketing and advertising budgets in order to stay within the business plans; working in close partnership with cross-functional teams including, sales, finance, operations and land; working with Project Managers, public relations, partners and vendors; assists in the evolution of house plans for new product development; assist in preparation of marketing budget for new developments; develop and coordinate all collateral, signage, promotional material and giveaways; view and evaluate competitive communities on a regular basis; regular website review and assist in maintenance; plan and manage special events, grand openings and promotional giveaways; recommend and develop advertising campaigns and coordinate media placement; coordinate with outside advertising agencies; review and Coordinate graphic artist and other media services; Signage:
oversee production, layout, design, and placement. Also flags and mats; work with printers to produce top quality product and minimal cost; monthly process of coding and approval invoices; ensuring subcontractors are paid timely; Interaction with Division Presidents to ensure regular communication regarding individual community's creative direction as company branding and positioning.
College degree with emphasis on marketing preferred. Good analytical and writing skills with strong organizational skills. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong management and motivations skills. Self-Starter with little supervision. Must possess professional attitude to represent company in a positive manner.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
