Our client is a Title Insurance Company responsible for overseeing document processing for major Real Estate Industry related companies. They are looking for an detail-oriented, deadline-driven, go-getter to join their busy team! This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth.

Responsibilities:
General Summary of Duties: Provide administrative document control support to the project team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned as required):
o Establish document flow and distribution.
o Collect and log in all contract documents and project documentation from bid phase through project completion.
o Reproduce, distribute, store, and retrieve all documentation.
o Operate all office machines, including telephone, copy machine, fax machine, computer, and calculator
o Establish and maintain project filing system and keep up to date.
o Review grant deeds and deeds of trust for accuracy
o Other duties as assigned by project management.

Qualifications:
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. o High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.
o Experience - a minimum of six months real estate experience preferred
o Communication Skills - ability to speak and read English required. Ability to properly write routine reports and correspondence required.
o Typing Skills - ability to type 30 words per minute.
o Computer Skills - excellent computer skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel programs is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
