Mental Health Marketing Director
We are a Mental Health Agency that provides Mental Health Services to the community and we are looking for experienced, motivated people that are interested in joining our team.
We are currently hiring for our Marketing Director position.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Duties:
Market within the community, to garner referrals and sign up individuals interested in receiving services.
Build and maintain agency referral base at all times to keep agency staffed with new cases.
Attend community events.
Contact individuals that previously received services for updates to decipher need for additional services.
Attend quarterly Human Rights meetings.
As needed, participate in the direct delivery of services that are within his/her area of expertise.
Keep a log of new and old referrals.
Ensure referral sources are contacted and receive agency mailings.
Develop informational brochures, flyers and pamphlets.
Coordinate advertising.
Prepare monthly report on service activities.
Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization's strategic vision.
Implement social media strategies.
Grow online supporter base and traffic.
Build and sustain online social media communities.
Manage relationships with media outlets.
Produce and publish mass communications with email blasts and marketing campaigns.
Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education.
Ensure consistent framing of messages.
Develop company website and blogs.
Document presence of companies at events, conferences, and speaking engagements monthly.
Advocate on behalf of the company brand with external stakeholders and the media across all communications channels and vehicles.
Collaborate with agency Director to develop the advertising, marketing and promotion plans.
All other duties assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and
Experience:
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree Preferred).
A valid Virginia Driver's License is also required for employment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of youth and family counseling.
Working knowledge of human services system, roles of human services personnel, and relevant community resources.
Ability to conduct and facilitate meetings.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other social services providers, service purchasers, and clients.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Program development and design and the implementation of program budgets to conduct and facilitate in-services and meetings.
