Hiring a Production Supervisor for local Manufacturing Company

Immediate opening for a second shift Production Supervisor for a rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities:
Meet facility goals of safety, delivery, quality and cost
Execution of daily production schedule
Communication of order status to production and customer service teams
Development of individuals through Performance and Development Plan
Support facility growth through continuous improvement efforts
Stay aligned to the company's culture and values
Qualifications:
Two year degree preferred but not required
Minimum of 5 years experience in a lean manufacturing environment
Demonstrated leadership skills a must
MS Office required
MRP/JDE knowledge a plus
Technical aptitude helpful
Other skills required to be successful in the job include excellent communication, relationship building, team building and ability to inspire and develop direct report
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
