The Process Engineer will be critical to increasing the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing processes. To be a successful Process Engineer you will use your cross-functional leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills to improve profitability on existing products as well as timely introductions of new products to the Manufacturing Teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, specify, and validate world-class manufacturing processes to achieve cost, quality, and capacity goals
Drive manufacturing readiness for product launch and transfer to production
Drive strategic improvement projects to support continuous improvement of company's manufacturing processes
The ideal Process Engineer will have 5
years of proven experience in an automated manufacturing environment and sound understanding of continuous improvement drivers. (Bachelor's Degree in Engineering a strong plus).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
