Production Supervisor
Richmond, Virginia
As our Production Supervisor, you will actively manage the activities of approximately 20 direct reports and oversee daily processes within a manufacturing setting. Key performance areas include safety, quality and equipment effectiveness, and operator productivity. To qualify, you should have 5 or more years of strong production supervision experiencedemonstrated leadership of people and teamswithin a high-volume, Lean manufacturing setting. You must be able to work both 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts. A technical degree is preferred.
