Soliant Health is currently hiring an IT Pharmacy Technician for a systems implementation project. Candidates will have current experience with the latest versions of Pyxis, a pharmacy technician license, minimum one year experience working as a Pyxis Coordinator or in a role focusing on Pyxis implementations, maintenance, trouble shooting and training. This job requires technicians to work remotely and onsite with pharmacy staff and administration. Must be tech savvy and well organized! Overnight travel may be required!
This position is accountable for:
- Install and support Pyxis Dispensing hardware and software in an acute care setting.
- Perform upgrades to Pyxis Dispensing software and hardware.
- Complete training and develop basic competency in the Pyxis Med Dispensing product line.
- Provide basic problem solving and troubleshooting as needed for customer.
- Conduct customer training on the use of Pyxis Dispensing products.
- Establish and maintain customer service relationships to ensure a long term business partnership.
