POSITION SUMMARY
The Enterprise Local System Pharmacy Support Application Coordinator (AC) is part of the ConnectCare Enterprise Service Model, providing direct support to end users at a designated Local System. Together with other members of the ConnectCare Enterprise Support Team, the AC shall participate in providing 24/7 call, 365 days a week to the designated Local System. The AC is or shall become knowledgeable about the Local System's organizational policies, procedures and business operations, and the area of business they are representing and the functionality available in the application(s). The AC shall provide the front line support to the end users following the Super Users. The AC shall also facilitate communications and feedback between the Local System Super Users and the Enterprise ACs to support the end users. The AC will participate in workflow support, application enhancements and maintenance and issue resolution The Enterprise Local System AC will perform in-depth analyses of workflows, content, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of ConnectCare.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
_Minimum Required Qualificatio__ns_
1. Epic certification in applicable application.
2. Bachelor''s degree from an accredited university or college in the Health Sciences (Nursing, Medicine,
etc.) or in Information Systems. Candidates who do not meet this requirement may be considered if
they have achieved applicable certifications and requisite work experience
3. Clinical or operational experience in the area related to the application
4. Demonstrated proficiency with information systems technology
5. Superior goal accomplishment skills
6. Demonstrated workflow process analysis and design
7. Demonstrated facilitation/training skills
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills i.e assertive and able to manage conflict in a variety
f situations.
9. Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientation
10. Superior organizational and people management skills
11. Demonstrated ability to align and motivate key process stakeholders, including nurses, physicians,
and other clinical/administrative staff
12. Demonstrated ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams
13. Achievement of Application Certification within 120 days of employment
14. Proficient with email, intranet, internet, HRIS/payroll and other systems
Preferred Qualifications
1. Pharmacist
2. Experience with implementing clinical information systems and/or large-scale and complex
standardization and implementation of an ERP is highly desirable
3. Epic certification in the application being represented
4. Demonstrated application design and implementation skills
5. Experience with Epic software
6. Experience providing support to end users of a clinical information system.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
