The Maintenance Superintendent will act as a working supervisor; with almost all of his/her time spent performing maintenance functions. He/ she will also be responsible for assigning and follow up of all work completed by every employee which will include work order completion, the quick turnaround of apartments, all required preventative maintenance tasks. This position requires that the individual be available to respond to emergency maintenance repairs after normal working hours. The Supervisor reports to the Property Manager, directly supervise Maintenance Mechanics, Groundskeepers, and/or cleaners and receives direction and guidance from the appropriate Regional Maintenance Coordinator.

Essential Functions:

Timely and efficient response to resident service request
Prepares vacant apartments for occupancy, makes repairs and replacements as needed
Responsible for physical condition of the property, including the condition of vacant units.
Performs routine building inspections
Responsible for preventative maintenance at the property
Supervise work done by contractors/vendors

Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 year of apartment maintenance experience
Experience with appliance, electrical, and boiler repairs
Excellent communication and leadership
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and carpentry
Must have valid driver's license
CFC Certified

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
