Director, IT:
Delivers and operates large, complex information security operations programs in the areas of
computer
forensics, security incident response, anti-malware, and data loss prevention. Leads teams to support business grown, services goals and is accountable for the day-to-day work of managers and/or Senior Professionals or virtual teams. Communicates strategies across IT teams and fosters collaboration in IT and business areas. Builds relationships with business partners to meet compliance and security regulations.
Responsibilities:
-Manage large, complex, Information Security programs by leading security operations teams to deliver, enhance, and operate solutions and drive integration.
-Accountable for operating enterprise endpoint and server anti-malware solutions, data loss prevention solutions, computer forensics, security incident response program, eDiscovery support, and file integrity monitoring
-Lead and develop direct reports
-Provide senior level technical security consulting to IT development, support, and operations teams.
-Develop operational support processes to ensure tracking service level agreements, assessing security risks and maintaining, testing and auditing existing systems.
-Ensure compliance to corporate policies and standards.
-Manage budget forecasts and capital and operational expenditures
Qualifications:
Basic
Qualifications:
o Bachelors Degree or military experience
o At least 5 years of experience in People/Personnel Management
o At least 5 years of experience in Information Security Management
o At least 5 years of experience in General IT Knowledge of systems and infrastructure
o At least 5 years of experience in Communication and Influencing
Preferred
Qualifications:
o Masters Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
o 10 Years of experience in People/Personnel Management
o 10 Years of experience in Information Security Operations and Management
o 5 years of experience in Project Management (planning, executing, tracking)
o 10 Years of experience in General IT Knowledge of systems and infrastructure
