-This person must have solid
computer
skills and mortgage document knowledge.
- Must be able to lift heavy file boxes, will not be moving files all day, however contractors will be required to lift 25-40lb bankers boxes full of mortgage files.
- As a Mortgage Document custodian in the mortgage vault contractors will be responsible for working in a document vault pulling files, reviewing and sorting.
-Requires Mortgage document experience (Document Reviewers, Mortgage Specialists, Realtors, loan officers)
- Looking for candidates that can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
