Our client, a Fortune 200 Financial
services
Corporation, is in search of a Mid-Level Marketing
manager
to help grow their Small Business Credit Card brand. This person will focus on the small business consumer segment and deliver the annual marketing plan to enable our long term strategic objectives. This role is a mix of core brand strategy, marketing innovation, strategic planning and prospect/customer marketing. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate ambiguous marketing challenges and work across multiple marketing channels with tremendous empowerment and autonomy. They will work with an energized group of multi-discipline marketers who are unified by a common mission to deliver great value propositions to small business.

Responsibilities:
o Work across teams to synthesize insights from consumer research and business data to identify growth opportunities for the brand, and turn those opportunities into actionable business cases and marketing ideas.
o Tell highly impactful stories that introduce new perspectives, connect the dots across the marketing team in powerful ways, and influence our in-market activities
o Drive significant portions of the strategic planning cycle, leading parts of the planning process which spans from business objective to specific marketing tactics which address the key opportunities.
o Manage marketing campaigns from concept to launch which includes strategy development, business case, briefing marketing/creative teams, managing the various projects required, communicating with stakeholders, and driving marketing best practices and new marketing trends into the work.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree
o Two to four years of marketing communications, brand management, advertising and/or
public relations
work experience
o Two years of agency experience (whether working in an agency or client-side)
o In depth knowledge of the current small business industry and climate, preferred.
o Detailed-orientated with strong project management and prioritization skills; must be able to handle multiple projects, stakeholders with input, deadlines and changing priorities simultaneously while maintaining excellent and accurate work, preferred
o Highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing and presentation abilities preferred
o Strategic and/or marketing plan development experience preferred
o Experience writing creative briefs and working with creative teams within the financial services industry and/or marketing to small businesses at a national scale
o Experience with a variety of marketing channels (eg: DM, display, SEM, social media, print, radio, TV)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
