Chesterfield Family Medicine, established in 1972, joined the Bon Secours primary care family in 2018.
We are seeking an APC-NP or PA with 2 to 4 years of primary care practice experience to join our team of providers.
Looking for a can-do approach and positive attitude - good communication skills, someone who is organized and efficient, closes charts daily, is flexible, confident, respectful of colleagues and patients and kind-hearted

  • Must have DEA and current Virginia licensure
  • Hours:
    Monday - Friday 8:
    00-5:
    00
  • 100% outpatient with no hospital responsibility
  • Current provider team is 2 MD and 2 NP
  • Call rotation is 1:
    7 - shared with other providers - low call frequency
  • 1:
    1 CMA/LPN support
  • EPIC EMR
  • Main patient base is adult and geriatric with some Peds.
  • Telehealth appointments through MyChart
  • Important that Provider have experience with geriatric patients, chronic disease management and pediatric vaccinations
  • In-office procedures include women's health, sports physicals, joint injections, sutures/I&D as needed
  • Office appointments, sick calls, walk-ins, wellness exams

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
