Local CACI is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Product Architect to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.
On this program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DoD customer to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.

A strong interest in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints.
Experience in ServiceNow development, systems integration, and ITSM application design.
Experience in the agile management framework.
Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers, and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery.
Familiarity with the following:
API integrations (REST, SOAP) and Integration Hub.
More About the Role:
As a technical lead for a ServiceNow ITSM product workstream, you are responsible for all aspects of solution design and architecture.
Maintain sound understanding of enterprise and platform level architecture.
Liaison with business analysts and product owners to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet business needs and comply with enterprise and platform level architecture and standards.
Present and evangelize the solution to architecture guilds and management.
Work with business analysts and scrum master to create implementation/development plan for new features/applications/solutions by developing epics and storiesParticipate in Agile ceremonies by leading in all technical aspects, including leading the demos to the Product Owner and all applicable stakeholdersEvangelize the developed solution to team members and work with team members to breakup stories into tasks and assist in completion of tasks in timely fashionMotivating developers, testers and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concernsKeep up to date with industry trends and developmentsDelegating tasks and ensuring all daily, sprint and release goals are achievedPerforms Architecture design and reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state and strategic plansIdentifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concernsDevelop product teams technical skills through mentoring, coaching, and peer reviews.

Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).

years' experience with ServiceNow, including 5
in an architect roleProfessional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groupsExperience in Federal government environmentsAn active DoD secret clearanceBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related technical disciplineCertified ServiceNow AdministratorCertified ServiceNow DeveloperCertified Implementation Specialist.
