Accounts Payable Analyst
Vaco Richmond is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Analyst who will be a part of a team and handle the day-to-day AP operations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
Description:
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable aging and take appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances or disputes.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Equivalent years of experience.
- Proven experience handling full-cycle AP processes.
- Previous experience using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
