As the Director of Brand & Corporate Marketing, you will lead the brand strategy and corporate marketing initiatives for McKesson Compile.
The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketer with expertise in life sciences data as well as building a brand and engaging audiences through thought leadership.
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing for McKesson Compile and work closely with the full McKesson Compile leadership team as well as McKesson Corporate Marketing and McKesson Medical-Surgical Marketing.
This is a newly created role where you will have the opportunity to build a function from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
Branding:
Own brand strategy, visual identity, and rebranding initiatives, maintaining a distinct McKesson Compile brand while incorporating it into the broader McKesson brand architecture.
Conferences and Events:
Determine and manage the McKesson Compile presence at conferences and live events, including industry conferences, trade shows, ad boards, and client forums.
Liaise with McKesson Corporate and other business units to coordinate conference presence for McKesson Compile with other McKesson brands.
Website:
Manage the McKesson Compile website and online presence, including building a new website and incorporating McKesson Compile into the broader McKesson site.
PR:
Define and own our PR and thought leadership strategy.
Work closely with Product Marketing and the internal Real World Data Analytics team to generate thought leadership content and disseminate it to partners and target audiences.
Social Media:
Manage social media presence including LinkedIn content and activity to steadily grow our audience and influence.
McKesson Corporate Marketing:
Serve as the liaison between McKesson Compile and McKesson Corporate and Medical-Surgical marketing teams to promote and elevate the McKesson Compile brand throughout corporate marketing initiatives, including external and internal communications.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson.
This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets.
In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
