As a Residential Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in strengthening and growing our client's footprint in residential communities, emphasizing customer satisfaction and environmental stewardship.

Key
Responsibilities:


  • Strategically identify growth opportunities within existing residential markets to expand our client's waste hauling services.
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing customers, including individual homeowners and Homeowners' Associations (HOAs), ensuring their evolving waste collection needs are met.
  • Conduct insightful market analysis to tailor approaches for different residential areas, enhancing service adoption.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling sales presentations that underscore the value and benefits of our client's services.
  • Negotiate service agreements, focusing on long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain diligent records of customer interactions and sales activities, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and identify trends.
  • Liaise with customer service and operations teams to ensure that service commitments are delivered flawlessly.
  • Actively seek customer feedback to guide continuous improvement in service offerings and customer care strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Solid sales experience, preferably within the waste management or environmental services industry, demonstrating a capacity to grow client bases in residential settings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with diverse customer groups.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales processes and analyze data effectively.
