DMS is seeking a Mail Processing Coordinator who will be responsible for processing direct mail marketing materials through the USPS.
Primary Duties &
Responsibilities:
Manage the mail sortation process using company software.
Create proper postal forms/documentation using company software.
Coordinate mail projects with all company departments.
Act as backup for multiple positions in department.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
Communicating and resolving issues.
Must be able to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple mail projects at one time.
Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and the aptitude to learn new software/programs easily.
Must be quality and detail focused and able to work with minimal supervision.
Managing time effectively and having strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be detail oriented and thorough.
Experience in printing/mailing industry or United States Postal Service a plus.
This is a full-time position.
Day Shift Monday - Wednesday.
Core day shift hours are three days a week 6:
00am - 7:
30pm.
