We are looking for an individual with residential real estate paralegal/processor experience.

Communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and municipalities to obtain information for closings Processing and transmitting completed documentation to lenders Meeting with clients and real estate professionals Coordinating with attorneys to conduct real estate transactions quickly and accurately to provide an exceptional experience for the client MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent One year of residential real estate closing experience Completes work and solves problems by utilizing training, tools, reports, knowledge, and analytical skill Performs job duties while maintaining excellent customer service Type at a fast and accurate pace Proficient with Microsoft Suite Pro-active, take initiative, and excellent follow-through skills Ability to work on multiple deadline-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment Skilled with technology and the ability to work paperless The ability to follow directions is essential Ability to convey information effectively, patiently, and accurately both verbally and written Professional manner and appearance Team player Job Type:
