We are looking for an A
Janitor as part of our team in carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties.
Pay is WEEKLY Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
) Perform and document routine maintenance activities.
Daily sign in sheets at each location are required to fill out each day.
Good communication skills are a requirement.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Follow all health and safety regulations Can be successful working independently from a supervisor and complete tasks Reliability and dependability is a must.
We need to know you will be there each day.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is also required due to having multiple sites to go to.
Skills Proven working experience as a janitor or custodian Understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently Customer service skills Schedule:
Monday - Friday :
Hours are flexible but job MUST be complete between 8:
00 AM and 3:
30 PM.
