- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement Skills:
