Key
Responsibilities:
Install, test, and repair customer electrical equipment.
Provide documentation, including test reports and service summaries.
Offer technical support and training in product service and applications.
Work with engineering teams to solve complex system issues.
Develop and conduct training for customers and service representatives.
Maintain customer relationships with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Completion of an electrical apprenticeship (8,000 hours) or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
Military experience within the following positions:
Navy Nuclear Electronic Technicians and Electrician's Mate OR electrical start-up and testing experience including:
circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, and capacitor banks.
