-Pulling permits, scheduling electrical service calls and installations, scheduling preventative generator maintenance visits, issue preventative maintenance renewals - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates Skills:
