You'll become an expert on our products and policies so you can skillfully answer questions and offer customers the information and guidance they need, helping them in ways they never imagined.
In addition to helping customers as a key resource and problem solver, here's what you can expect:
A DAY IN THE LIFE Answer inbound telephone calls from credit card holders and respond professionally to benefit or claim inquiries.
Communicate with professionalism, positivity, and courtesy, making customers feel valued.
Accurately enter customer information within established company guidelines.
Initiate claims process where applicable by sending claimant the requested forms.
Collaborate to assist team members with customer service issues as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience WHAT YOU'LL NEED High school diploma or equivalent diploma.
0-1 years of experience in a customer service environment.
PC skills:
Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Help in your DNA, natural problem-solving skills and willingness to assist anyone in need.
Enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
