The top two requirements for this position are a person who decides to be happy every day and is also energetic about what they do! This person must also be willing to work as a team.
Duties:
Provides administrative assistance and support to Service department and sales staff.
Research parts availability, pricing, usage etc.
Create work orders and quotes for repair services and follow up with customers on them.
Handles customer's calls courteously.
Follows up on customer problems, inquiries, and order status.
Attends to customer concerns, inquiries, and order requests.
Ordering, receiving, labeling, and stocking of parts (this is not always a clean job, and our warehouse is not air conditioned).
Making sure that completed work orders are billed in a timely manner.
Creating labels for parts inventory and keeping adequate stock for techs.
Working with multiple parts vendors and service providers.
Handles Quotes and Bids for parts/equipment purchases and service contracts.
Processes Customer Orders for both Walk in and Telephone Customers.
Enters Orders in the computer system.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2
years' experience in Customer Service.
Excellent customer service skills and multitasking ability.
Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
Must be a team player with a great attitude.
Ability to champion ideas and possess desire to see them implemented.
Must be analytical and be able to problem solve.
Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
