Senior Accounting & Auditing Consultant We're looking for a driven, accounting and auditing professional who is looking to gain autonomy over their schedule and incentives in their compensation.
We're working with several regional sized public accounting firms who are seeking Senior Accounting & Auditing Consultant with experience in a variety of industries.
Duration:
6 months with the possibility of extensions Pay:
$50- $60/hour Location:
REMOTE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 3 years to 10 years experience in a public accounting firm.
Run client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits and managing to budget.
Supervise (as needed) associates and interns on audit process and assess the performance of staff for engagement reviews; perform in-charge role as needed.
Work with the audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process.
Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues utilizing electronic databases, and employ audit software to review and compile financial information.
Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve audit-related problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements.
Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Databases Electronics Finance Self Motivation Accounting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
