General Pediatrician, Assistant or Associate Professor - F69050VCU Health - Children's Hospital of Richmond (Virginia)The Division of General Academic Pediatrics at the expanding Children's Hospital of Richmond (CHoR) atVCU is recruiting an additional full-time academic general pediatrician to join our growing team.
Our faculty provides primary care for children and adolescents through age 21 at a major urbanacademic medical center.
Our division's mission is to strive for the advancement of healthcare for our community'schildren by integrating excellent patient care, quality medical education and innovative clinicalresearch and patient advocacy into our programs.
Candidates must be Board Certified or eligible in Pediatrics.
Responsibilities will include:
- Primary care clinical services- Newborn nursery inpatient clinical services- Participation in resident and medical student education and evaluation- To develop and oversee Quality Improvement (QI) projects for the Division of General Pediatrics- Involvement in divisional/departmental collaborative research and advocacy focusing onchildren's health.
Candidates are therefore expected to have excellent administrative, clinical and teaching skillsand a strong interest in clinical research, quality improvement, or population health initiatives.

There are opportunities for teachingand supervision of medical and graduate students and pediatric residents.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
