World Class & Co.
Richmond, VA Richmond, VA Full-time Full-time Up to $700 a week Up to $700 a week 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago The purpose behind World Class Cleaning came from how we always saw other jobs and experienced them ourselves:
it was a negative atmosphere, working somewhere that constantly kept you down, where we never felt supported - We wanted to change that - We wanted to build a community where employees felt valued and respected.
We wanted to create a place where people didn't feel micromanaged and to create our own little community within our company.
We are still on our journey to find incredible people that want a place they can truly feel at home in.
Many of our cleaners take pride in the clients they have.
And because we keep the same cleaners with the same houses, they get to grow with the families they care for and really become a part of their family as well - It's all about loving the work you do! Why you'll love working here:
We regularly have certificates and giveaways for our cleaners We regularly focus on personal growth - we make it a point to have other businesses come in and do things like make up tutorials and talk about beauty, confidence, and really knowing how to LOVE yourself.
We've had other things like stylists come talk - some employees ended up walking away with the clothes they love because we know the confidence it can bring them personally.
Company Outings - We LOVE having fun at places like escape rooms, bowling alleys, and paint nights Personal Finance - to teach you not just how to earn a great pay, but how to really grow and prosper with the money you earn to keep you in a great place and in great mind.
We have an open door policy whenever you need - we really make it a point to keep an open ear and provide a deep level of respect for both you and your privacy.
If you're having a rough day but still take care to do a great job, you best believe we know, see, and appreciate that hard work and will reward you for it! We also Love to give back - we participate in local community-based projects like:
James River cleanup Flower Bombs - a company-led event where we throw Flower Bombs full of seeds near the river to help grow and improve the environment Cleaning for a Reason - We take part in a non-profit which provides free house cleanings to people undergoing chemo-therapy.
To date they have serviced 40,000 patients through the United States.
We truly feel you'd be a great fit if you have an eye for detail, a caring heart, and personal touch that keeps you in tune with the needs of others.
