The successful candidate would be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, computer order entry, providing support and problem solving.
Important qualities for this position include excellent communication skills, ability to build strong rapport with customers, teamwork, attention to detail, self-motivation and an understanding of customer service.
Confident computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel are essential as well.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is encouraged but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Order Entry Follow up and closing orders Resolve customer inquiries Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding questions, orders, shipments, return and product.
Management of order workflow including order entry into computer CRM system along with necessary steps included in the order process.
Compensation:
Salary:
$18 to $22 per hour.
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
