This is a highly visible position that is forward facing to partners, high level executives and key team players throughout the organization.
This team member will provide day to day support in filling out and managing paperwork, filtering emails, organizing calendars, scheduling meetings and travel, coordinating Human Resource documentation, benefits, and insurance administration.
This position is designed to maximize the CEO's time and talents in business as well as for he and his wife in their household.

The ideal candidate must be process driven, a stickler for details, a team player, reliable, trustworthy, and passionate about making an impact for Aspen Mountain Partners and the current 3 companies it oversees and leads.
They will keep the CEO and other key partners and managers on task, support their every need and be ready to go the extra mile to keep projects on time and clients and stakeholders happy.
Within the full-time position, they will work 5-10 hours/week with the CEO's wife to perform family-support tasks, such as photo-book editing and travel research.
The ideal candidate will excel in time management, prioritizing, and communication to ensure a happy and productive team.
This is a full -time position with 80% performed virtually and up to 20% being performed in-person in the Richmond Short Pump area Monday through Friday.

The roles and responsibilities of the position include:
Providing day to day administrative assistant support with a variety of paperwork, emails and basic Human Resources documentation, benefits, and insurance administration Creating reports with key metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all current companies Coordinating all aspects of local and out of state meetings, conferences, board meetings, etc.
Coordinating a variety of Aspen Mountain Partners related activities and projects with the CEO, a variety of companies, managers, and key stakeholders Providing personal assistant support to the CEO and his wife to allow them to maximize their time and talents The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skill sets:
10 years'
experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant 5
years' experience filtering emails 5
years' experience communicating with high level executives 4
years' experience proofreading and editing documents 3
years' experience with team project coordination and tracking 3
years' creating reports to track team performance and metrics 3 years'
experience working in a virtual office environment 2 years'
experience providing personal assistant support/services 2 years'
experience performing Human Resource support and administrative duties 2 years'
experience demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills Excellent/professional written and verbal communication skills Mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Applications and other related programs Technologically savvy; expert in adapting new technology and applications to streamline processes Expert in project management tools Ability to self-direct and work independently Expert in following-up and ensuring all daily administrative tasks are completed on time, efficiently, and effectively Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to prioritize Ability to hold people accountable Productive and detail oriented; accurate Ability to travel 3-4 times a year to out of town Board Meetings, Conferences, etc Ability to pass a background check The ideal Executive Administrative & Personal Assistant will be:
