Come join WWT today!Job SummaryThe Operations Analyst will be focused on building high-performing teams in our Solutions, Consulting & Engineering organization through employee engagement and development.
At WWT, our high-performing teams are critical enablers of delivery success and customer delight.
The Operations Analyst understands the needs of these high performers and works to identify or develop solutions to build capabilities.
They show deep knowledge in and deploy collaboration communication and training enablers.
In addition, they partner with appropriate groups (Organizational Change Management, HR, Business Process, and Analytics) on the effective implementation of programs.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions Design, development and implementation of on-demand training modules using the Articulate training suite, PowerPoint, Canva and other mediums Engagement with key stakeholders in training design, managing launch metrics and modifications needed to address changing business needs over time Facilitation of large training events, from calendar & catering management to acting as emcee Maintaining employee development program plans, schedules, and budgets Creation of clear, compelling charts, tables, and other visuals Ongoing maintenance of 20
on-demand training modules and monthly live training events Administration of a knowledge management tool to support best practice sharing QualificationsEducationBA or BS preferred Work Experience2 - 5 years of work experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
Instructional Design Training Facilitation Management or Technology Consulting Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent communication and engagement skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management Skilled at multitasking requirements and supporting a combination of new & ongoing tasks across multiple internal groups Ability to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problems Thoughtful problem-solving skills and ability to work well in groups Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel Strong slide writing skills The well-being of WWT employees is essential.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
