General Public - G Job Duties Provides general administrative support, including, but not limited to the following:
o Scheduling and supporting virtual and in-person meetings by coordinating meeting agendas, logistics, space, and taking meeting notes as assigned; o Updates internal HR sites (SharePoint); Maintains comprehensive personnel files for applicants, current and past employees, in accordance with regulatory requirements; Receives, processes, and retains a variety of personnel related documents and requests ranging from routine to confidential information; Create and maintain documentation of standard ways to perform HR tasks and functions; Provides suggestions and ideas for business process or practice changes to HR functions and/or applications; Performs job duties in compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations; Prepares various forms as directed and maintains accurate and appropriate related files; Completes and manages special projects as assigned by Human Resources Management; Performs related administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Strong proofreading, editing, and formatting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn other job-related software.
Team-oriented, with a positive attitude.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds, both as customers and co-workers.
Ability to audit and maintain records.
Must maintain confidentiality of the Human Resources Department.
Ability to follow all policies and procedures of the OAG.
Additional Considerations Degree from accredited college or university in business, human resources, communications or related field preferred.
Professional experience in the human resources field is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
