Agency Employee Only - A Job Duties The position is responsible for providing support, processing fully, and coordinating the processing of documents submitted by correctional institutions.
In addition, this position will assist teams in the field conducting visits providing DMV services regarding the re=entry process.
This position serves as the main point of contact for issues regarding, but not limited to, submissions, billing, scheduling, and other requests.
Minimum Qualifications Experience processing Driver/ID and VDH transaction in a CSC Experience interpreting, explaining, and applying policies, procedures, and state and federal laws and regulations Experience communicating courteously and effectively orally and in writing Experience researching and analyzing data Experience working with others in a team environment Additional Considerations N/A Special Instructions You will be provided a confirmation of receipt when your application and/or r sum is submitted successfully.
