Job Description We are looking for a responsible and caring Direct Support Professional to support adults with developmental disabilities and other individuals who are physically disabled.
You will provide assistance for daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming.
We are looking for individuals who have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (cooking, bathing, dressing, toileting), including physical aide.
Help with activities of personal independence, including personal hygiene and mobility.
Provide assistance with social activities, including shopping and social engagement.
Provide assistance for educational and career goals.
Develop and implement specific plans for improving the individual's health and welfare.
Report any unusual incidents to the supervisor.
Document in accordance with company policies and procedures and state regulatory requirements.
Work within a team environment to support each other and the company's mission.
