The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support over the phone and in person, and setting up new computers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and related peripherals.
Provide technical support to end users.
Perform system maintenance tasks such as virus scans, disk clean-up, etc.
Provide technical assistance to customers via phone or email.
Perform regular system backups.
Maintain inventory of computer hardware and software.
