We are centralizing all inbound store calls from our twenty stores across Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Ohio.
Our goal with this position is to create an excellent first impression for our prospects and customers across all store locations.
The Customer Care Representative will equip our sales team to successfully educate customers about the life-transforming effects of Good Feet arch supports.
Essential Functions:
Learning:
Learn the basics of The Good Feet Store products Inbound Call Assistance:
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for answering calls, transferring calls to appropriate store locations, and returning calls as needed.
The intent is to remedy any customer concerns or issues by being an available voice, routing calls accurately, and following up as needed.
Communicating:
Excellent verbal and written skills are essential, as well as proper phone and email etiquette.
Verbal communication should possess a clearness in tone while conveying warmth and a willingness to provide customer satisfaction.
Written communication must be concise and errorless in grammar.
Listening:
A big aspect of this job is listening to customers and having the ability to understand the right questions to ask and quickly identify the need of the customer.
Scheduling:
Scheduling appointments for multiple stores via Google Calendars Attention to detail:
When considering following up and email correspondence, this role requires intentness and thoroughness when giving attention to detail.
Data Entry:
Entering prospect date into our CRM with accuracy Administration:
Completing other administrative tasks in the office Technology:
Firm grasp of technology including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and computer workflows; will also learn our phone technology Maximize:
