The Opportunity The position of Business Support Coordinator serves our Toxicology business unit principally located in our Richmond, Virginia office.
Business support coordinators are responsible for several functions that support our clients including scheduling onsite collections, coordinating and following up on post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing and random testing.
What You'll Work On Address client needs as they occur; demonstrated strong sense of customer service Find and communicate with contractors to complete collection events.
Work with warehouse team to ensure contractors have necessary supplies to complete all scheduled events.
Act as liaison between contractors and accounting to ensure timely and accurate payment of contractor invoices.
Identify clients and collection network providers that require additional attention or problem resolution and communicate these issues to the appropriate member of management.
Negotiate pricing on a case by case basis for each collection event as needed.
Schedule emergency collections on an as needed basis for external clients and follow up to ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or 2-3 or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Prior drug testing knowledge Federal DOT Drug Testing regulation knowledge Basic understanding of pricing and profitability Apply Now Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
