JOB
Summary:
This position is responsible for agency human resource duties and works closely with the Human Resources staff in supporting programs in all geographic locations.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following areas:
benefits administration, onboarding, recruitment/employment, compliance, and administering FMLA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Responsible for maintaining, communicating, and interpreting accurate personnel policy and procedures to employees.
Conducts orientation and administrative training; monitors on-boarding progress and writes and places advertisements.
Responsible for verifying the completion of all pre-employment, volunteer, and intern screenings, i.
e.
application, personnel action form, I-9 Employment Verification, policy acknowledgments and the pre-employment background checks.
Performs benefit administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
Enters benefit deductions into payroll system.
Completes all required data entry into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and reviews monthly reports to remain in compliance with the Affordable Care Act and complete annual 1095 forms.
Administers annual staff satisfaction survey and ensures results are communicated to staff timely.
Ensures personnel files are completed accurately and maintained properly within all established guidelines and third-party compliance regulations.
Ensures proper and timely compliance with the Family Medical Leave Act.
Maintains the agency's employee electronic and paper files.
Represents the Agency in the community and workplace in a professional and ethical manner.
Demonstrates sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, oral, and written skills.
Utilizes a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with four years of related experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
