The Virginia Mental Health Access Program (VMAP) is a statewide initiative that helps health care providers take better care of children and adolescents with mental health conditions through provider education and increasing access to child psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and care navigators.
MSVF is the Contract Administrator for VMAP and collaborates with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, the Virginia Department of Health, and numerous other partners to expand the program statewide through the establishment of five regional hubs that will deliver the key program goals.
The Medical Society of Virginia Foundation (MSVF) is seeking a Data and Research Specialist for the Virginia Mental Health Access Program (VMAP).
The Data and Research Specialist will be primarily responsible for visualizing and disseminating the Virginia Mental Health Access Program's (VMAP) data using Salesforce and Tableau.
Additionally, the individual will assist the VMAP team in conducting analyses and drafting report deliverables to external stakeholders involved in program implementation and funding.
Major Duties:
Create, manage, and modify Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Implement new, and revise existing, VMAP instruments within the Salesforce platform.
Oversee the construction of new data visualization techniques and figures as applicable in Salesforce and/or Tableau.
Facilitate large data migration processes between Salesforce and Tableau.
Disseminate regularly scheduled, visually focused deliverables that inform external stakeholders of VMAP progress in addressing pediatric mental health.
Assist in conducting statistical analyses within large-scale data sets.
Offers support in drafting conference and publication abstracts or manuscripts.
Provide rigorous quality assurance processes by reviewing data analysis output, drafted deliverables, and miscellaneous requests.
Incorporating Tableau visuals in reporting and deliverable products.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with a major in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or other quantitative social science discipline.
2 - 3 years of Salesforce and/or Tableau experience.
Experience in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a variety of sources.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
