5K a year We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to become a valued, integral part of the Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Marketing team.
This individual should have a keen interest in both the analytical and creative aspects of email, mobile and lifecycle marketing.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
Serve as the primary lead for managing and building email communication strategy Create and design various CTAs and email templates Create various email lists and campaigns Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI, make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices Develop and present reports on a weekly basis Work closely with data services team to understand available data for future campaigns Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
Manage campaign calendar planning with cross-functional teams Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field 3
years of relevant email marketing experience Experience with Constant Contact is strongly preferred Strong ability to research & analyze data on popular analytics platforms like Google Analytics Strong computer skills - proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
) Knowledge and Skills:
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data Superior communication skills Ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment, yet as an independent worker with minimal supervision Strong customer service focus Local candidates only.
Position is located in Richmond VA, but open to hybrid work arrangement.
