The Senior Pre-school Teacher guides other teachers to help improve their teaching practice.
This includes raising the level of trust and respect with children.
The Senior Pre-school Teacher uses in-depth subject knowledge and pedagogy.
In turn, the Senior Pre-school Teacher creates and carries out a progressive and culturally proper curriculum.
The Senior Pre-school Teacher aids innovation in teaching and learning practices.
The Senior Pre-school Teacher oversees the design, and the setting up of secure and good learning environments.

Responsibilities:

Aid effective work teams, communication and engagement at the workplace.
.
Create and carry out plans to team with families and people involved with the CDC.
.
Design good learning environments.
.
Guide teachers to enhance their daily practices.
.
Merge an understanding of how children (birth to age 5) learn and grow in the course of study.
.
Promote a culture of constant learning.
.
Promote a safe and healthy environment in the CDC.
.
Review teaching and learning plans to meet the diverse needs of children.
.
Show critical thought and analysis.
.
Solve problems and make decisions at a lead teacher level.
.
Tailor plans to watch and document children's learning.
.
Work with the team to align short- and long-term goals with the vision, mission and values of the CDC.
oSupervise student teaching interns oProvide support for practicum studentsRequired Qualifications :
oVirginia teaching license with an endorsement in early childhood education or early childhood special education.

Two years experience in an early childhood setting.
.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred
Qualifications:
.
Previous experience in a NAEYC-accredited center.
MAT certification.
CPR/First aid certification.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
