years relevant program management experience in consulting or similar work in operations preferably in utilities and government Extensive experience in Program Manager role for large scale CRM, CIS implementation project(s) Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Advanced aptitude computer proficiency Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, and Power BI, Project Management Knowledge / experience in CIS/CRM/Field Services, and Customer Service systems and operations Experience using / implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) /BOT High degree in professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the position Skill Matrix:
