UX Designer

Insight Global is looking for a UX Designer/Strategist to join the Center of Enablement for an enterprise client.
This position provides an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in executing the Customer Experience Strategy across the company.
The selected candidate will serve as a change-agent focusing on CX strategy, Digital Self-Service, User Experience Design and human-centered innovation practices to better meet customer needs, eliminate customer pain points, and reduce customer effort.
This is a direct-hire role and although it is remote, the candidate must sit in the state of VA or the following cities:
Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Columbia, Salt Lake City, Cleveland.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the end-to-end examination of existing digital and non-digital customer journeys and facilitate the development of future state journeys to solve challenging CX and UX problems.
- Use multiple sources of voice of customer feedback, research, data and best-practices to create alignment and validate opportunities.
- Facilitate and lead human centered design sessions with business and technology teams, using contemporary methods and tools to ideate and prototype potential solutions.
- Create storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to clearly illustrate digital functionality.
Gather user feedback to rapidly test and iterate designs from low fidelity to high.
- Utilize human centered methods and user experience (UX) tools such as personas, journey mapping, and service blueprints to make recommendations.
- Work with multiple departments, functional areas, and teams within a matrixed organization to help them explore, understand, and define customer-centered solutions.
- Conduct, observe and analyze usability testing sessions.
- Monitor customer experience and user experience trends and best practices across industries to implement enhanced practices.
- Ensure continuous digital experience improvement by measuring design effectiveness and implementing changes.
- Provide ongoing strategic and tactical advice to stakeholders on a wide range of digital experience topics.
- Hands-on experience leading UX strategy and digital self-service development in a large matrixed organization strongly preferred.
- Expertise in design thinking and human-centered design process.
- Advanced knowledge of current UX trends.
- Ability to balance UX best practices with business objectives enabling optimal decision making.
- Passionate about customer behavior and able to use data to identify opportunities.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills to influence management, stakeholders, and internal/external customers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
