Youth Development Center Coordinator- Liberation Church
The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a motivated, cause-driven Youth Development Director to provide leadership to the YMCA's Youth Development department - with supervision of our early learning center located at Liberation church.

DUTIESThe Director will provide leadership to The Early Learning Center, to include supporting a team of dedicated early learning professionals and ensuring the education, care and development of children from 3 years of age through pre-K while leading the center and fostering a culture of inspiration, accountability and support.
The Director develops and implements policies, procedures, and curriculum designed to meet the needs of children and parents.
QUALIFICATIONSCandidates should have a passion for youth development and the Y mission, and experience building relationships.
A high school degree or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
At least three years of supervisory experience in youth development or early childhood programming are required.
Related academic/enrichment experience and/or college courses required.
Excellent relationship-building skills and oral and written communication skills are needed as well as computer and administrative proficiency.
Must complete Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff online prior to working first shift with children.
Must complete CPR & First Aid certification within first 30 days of employment.
Annual Salary:
$38-40,000 plus benefits and free Y membership Recommended Skills Administration Cpr Child Care Communication Customer Relationship Management First Aid And Preparedness Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
