We are seeking an Area Director - Restaurant Operations - Lunch/Catering/Sandwich -No Late Nights to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

If you have Area Director level experience with concepts like McAlister's.
Sweetgreen, Five Guys, Qdoba or Jason's Deli then you will be aligned with the style of concept.
We will also consider multi-unit managers from full-service/bar operations especially if you are looking to exit late night/bar business.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage kitchen personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations ?
