45 Monday-Thursday Minimum of 3 years of previous dental experience with working knowledge in scheduling, providing insurance breakdowns,claims processing,posting payments,treatment presentation and strong skills in interpreting the patient financial ledger.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desire to be an asset to the front office team providing leadership and professionalism at all times.
Ability to manage, guide and motivate others to perform up to their highest potential every day.
Attention to detail with ability to multi task in a fast pace environment.
Excellent customer service skills making a strong connection with our patients/parents.
Must be prompt with excellent attendance record.
Previous experience with Dentrix Ascend is preferred.
Ability to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish a plus.
Previous managerial experience is helpful but not required.
