Learning and Development Trainer

L&D Specialists responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning, conducting, and administering programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge.
- Helping develop and delivering the training on our client's customer operations systems (listed in must haves)- Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with operational leaders- Getting involved in designing and creating training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials- Reviewing training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials- Delivering training to employees using blended instructional techniques including virtual instructor led training, engaging in workshops and activities, and other training delivery methods- Assisting in the evaluation of training programs- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment Minimum Requirements- Minimum of 3 years' experience in training development and delivery- Minimum of 2 years' experience; experience in claims, contact centers, provider relations, enrollment, system administration or related healthcare field desired.
- HIGHLY preferred experience with one of the Customer Operations systems, including:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
